Farmer sensitisation at pkwi farmers cooperative
- Do exchange visits to other farmer organizations.
- Sign memorandums of understanding with different farmer groups, NGOs, institutions of learning and many others that will like to partner with p’kwi.
- Send representatives of p’kwi in and outside Uganda for training, capacity building, to talk about p’kwi and many other for example:
- 1994 – P’kwi sent a representative to Britain for agricultural tour as the best small scale farmer sponsored by the government of Uganda.
- 1996 – P’kwi sent a representative to Zimbabwe for a farmer’s tour as the best small scale farmer for legumes and oil seed crops.
- 1998 – p’kwi sent a representative to dawen, south Australia as the best extension link farmer to present a paper called extension at a practical level sponsored by royal agricultural society of the common wealth(RASC)
- 2001 – p’kwi sent a representative to Durban, south Africa, for annual conference sponsored by royal agricultural society of the commonwealth (RASC)
- 2006 – p’kwi sent a representative to Lusaka, Zambia to lead a group of farmers called the next generation, sponsored by royal agricultural society of the commonwealth (RASC)
- 2010 – p’kwi sent a representative to edinbarg,Scotland to present a paper called collaboration in cooperatives in Uganda sponsored by the royal agricultural society of the commonwealth(RASC)
- 2012- p’kwi sent a representative to Bujumbura Burundi to attend a bi – annual conference to present a paper called a farmers experience with research, sponsored by ASARACA
- 2013- p’kwi sent a representative to imperial hotel Entebbe Uganda for a bi – annual conference to present a paper called farmers experience with research and universities sponsored by regional universities forum for capacity building in agriculture(RUFORUM)
- 2014 – P’kwi sent a representative to Ethiopia to present a paper called cooperatives in Uganda sponsored by SNV.
