Internships are an extension or a complement to classroom training that aims to expose young trainees to the world of work and provide hands-on professional experience. This is often the first and most important job placement strategy for Young youths of PKWI. Internships provide youth an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills (both hard and soft) in an actual work environment and to adapt to new situations that may come up in a workplace
PKWI Internship Programme offers eligible youths an opportunity to gain experience in any sector of their furture interest. Internships are offered at various locations depending on the needs and capacity of offices to receive and supervise interns and provide them with meaningful assignments. An internship can begin at any time during the year.
